GlowTrip is a directory, not a healthcare provider or a booking platform with its own guarantees. This page sets out, plainly, how listings, discovery, reviews and placements actually work — and what we do not verify.
Listings are compiled from public sources and from clinics themselves. A clinic can claim and update its own listing.
By treatment, by city or by country. Results are ordered by membership tier first, then by the filters you apply.
Treatment names and details come from the clinic or public sources. We do not assess whether a treatment is suitable for you.
Doctor names and stated titles come from the clinic or public sources. We do not verify qualifications or registration.
Ratings and review counts come from Google and reflect their reviewers, not us. Membership tier does not affect them.
Signature and Featured are flat-fee membership tiers that affect placement only. Placement is not an editorial endorsement.
Your enquiry is shared with the clinic you contact. You deal with the clinic directly and can delete a conversation at any time.
Clinics pay a flat monthly subscription for their tier. We take no commission on bookings and charge you nothing.
Medical licences, qualifications, accreditation and outcomes. Check registration with the health authority in the clinic's own country.
Paid placement is not endorsement
Signature and Featured are flat-fee membership tiers that affect where a clinic appears in the directory. They do not affect a clinic’s rating, its reviews, or whether GlowTrip believes it is a good clinic — we make no such assessment, for any listing.
